How to enter

1. Download and return player profile & parental consent forms - this can be accessed on this page by clicking "download entry form". Email these forms to: golf@llanishengolfclub.com

2. Enter and pay online or call 029 2075 5078 (ext 3) - Deadline for entry is Thursday 6th August 2026 at 4pm.

3. Tee times will assigned shortly before the event

Entry Fee - £10.00 including a one course meal after play

• Handicap Index up to 17.9 | 18 Hole Medal | White Tees (Boys) & Red Tees (Girls)
• Handicap Index 18.0- 36.9 | 18 Hole Stableford | Yellow Tees (Boys) & Red Tees (Girls)
• Handicap Index 37.0-54.0  | 9 Hole Stableford | Green Tees (Boys & Girls)
  
  

All entrants must:

• Have a CDH Number
• Be a member of a golf club (FlexiClub (Wales) or IGolf Members (England) will not be accepted)
• Be aged 18 or under on 01/01/2026 to be eligible

• All parents/guardians are required to submit player profile & consent forms for each player
• Any player aged 10 or below must have a parent or guardian with them at all times.
